Easy and fresh, this salad is a staple in my diet. High in iron, fiber, and loaded with nutrients.

- 5 cups fresh organic baby spinach
- 1/2 diced red pepper
- 1/2 diced green pepper
- 1 cup red grapes
- 1 large seedless orange
- 3 tablespoons raw pine nuts
- Place spinach in large salad bowl, add all other ingredients on top and serve with the dressing of your choice.
