Here’s a few different ones to choose from (each substitute equals one egg)
- mix one tbsp ground flax with 3 tbsp water (works great in baking, especially cakes)
- one mashed banana (for baking, note that it adds extra sweetness, so you can reduce the sugar if you like)
- 1/4 cup pureed pumpkin (I use this in my bran muffins)
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1 tbsp soy milk powder, 1 tbsp corn starch, 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp arrowroot flour
- Ener-G Egg Replacer
